Our payment processor, Stripe, is dual-headquartered in San Francisco, California, United States, and Dublin, Ireland.

- you understand and acknowledge that we utilise Hubspot and Stripe for the purposes set out herein, that they are located in the United States and Ireland, and that relevant local legislation of the United States and Ireland will apply, and you consent to that disclosure;
- you consent to your personal information being collected, used, disclosed and stored as set out in Hubspot’s and Stripe’s Privacy Policy, and agree to abide by their relevant terms of use; and
- that by consenting to that disclosure, Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 contained in Schedule 1 of the Privacy Act will not apply.
5. Access, correction and retention of Personal Information
You have the right to seek access to the records of personal information that we hold about you. You also have the right to ask us to correct your personal information where it is not otherwise correctly recorded.
